To promote the development, implementation, and adaptation of standards and legal regulations aimed at fostering growth and innovation within the sector.
To represent and defend the interests of its members before national, regional, and local government authorities, as well as before all types of individuals, entities, organizations, and institutions, by undertaking any actions deemed appropriate and collaborating whenever requested, provided such collaboration is consistent with the Association’s objectives.
To promote the legitimate interests of its members through the dissemination of information regarding cold-formed fasteners and other relevant data related to member companies via the press, radio, television, and any other suitable communication channels.
To facilitate the exchange of information, opinions, and experiences affecting its members, while cooperating with other associations on matters of common interest.
To organize and/or collaborate in the delivery of training courses, seminars, and other educational activities.
To act as a mediator in disputes arising between companies operating within the cold-formed fastener sector.
To promote research and studies on matters of interest to the industry.
To support any member whose activities may contribute to the achievement of the Association’s objectives.
To conduct studies related to the promotion and development of cold-formed fasteners.
To fulfill and enforce the obligations undertaken in pursuit of its objectives.
To carry out any action not specifically included above that contributes to the achievement of its purposes and, more generally, to perform any functions considered necessary or beneficial for the Association and its members.
