ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2025

On March 7, 2025, ASEFI held its Ordinary General Assembly, bringing together its members both in person and online. During the session, several key topics relevant to the association and the fastening industry were presented and discussed, consolidating the work carried out during the previous year and establishing objectives for 2025.

The main items on the agenda included:

    1. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous General Assembly.
    2. Approval of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account as of December 31, 2024.
    3. Budget monitoring and approval of the 2025 budget.
    4. Management Report outlining the main actions carried out during the year.
    5. Industry information and macroeconomic data, providing a detailed analysis of market developments.
    6. Membership admissions and withdrawals during 2024, including the welcome of new companies joining the association.
    7. EIFI General Assembly 2025, to be held in Seville on May 8–9, encouraging strong Spanish participation.
    8. THE EIFI INDEX indicators and monitoring of price developments within the sector.
    9. Anti-dumping measures, including a review of current measures and monitoring of potential fraud.
    10. Technical Quality Committee, reinforcing innovation and sustainability within the industry.
    11. Training initiatives, including the exploration of new partnerships for talent development within the sector.
    12. Proposal for collaboration with SERNAUTO, evaluating synergies with the national automotive suppliers association.
    13. Questions and discussion, providing members with the opportunity to raise concerns and proposals.

    ASEFI continues working to strengthen industry representation and support its members in addressing the sector’s key challenges and opportunities.
